Askew has provided strategic public relations services for over 20 years across a range of industries, including health care, technology, finance and not-for-profit.

Working with local, national and global media, she has helped organizations meet their communications goals through impactful media coverage leveraging news, research, customers, third-parties, contributed articles and positioning senior executives as thought leaders.

Askew is an active volunteer in her community and utilizes her TEFL certificate from the Boston Language Institute to tutor English to foreign language learners.   A graduate of the State University of New York Cortland, she has performed non-profit work in Peru and Zimbabwe and in the Haitian community.

A 20-year veteran of marketing communications, Smith specializes in social media marketing and implementation. She advises clients on best practices and common pitfalls of social media, and has developed successful short- and long-term social media marketing campaigns. She has provided social media training to a variety of organizations, including the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and the Center for Women in Enterprise. Smith began her career at various Chicago- and Boston-based advertising agencies including the Leo Burnett Technology Group, and has executed a range of marketing communications programs, including branding, marketing strategy development, marketing communications planning, marketplace and competitive analysis for clients from large organizations to small not-for-profits, with extensive experience in high tech, healthcare and education.

Connie Kastelnik is a communications professional with 25 years of experience in network television, politics and public relations.

Before becoming a consultant, Kastelnik was director of communications for Bechtel Corporation’s “Big Dig” project in Boston – the largest public works project in U.S. history.

Prior to Bechtel, Kastelnik worked as an editor and producer for ABC News, covering such major stories as the presidential campaigns of Michael Dukakis and Jesse Jackson, and the 1989 San Francisco earthquake. As public relations manager for the network, she launched the premieres of “This Week with David Brinkley” and “Nightline” – two of the most successful news shows in network television.

Kastelnik has also been a press secretary to several local and national political campaigns, and she was communications director for President Jimmy Carter’s Commission on Neighborhoods.

A protégé of two legends in the market research field, Anne Danehy has conducted quantitative and qualitative research studies for client organizations for 20 years. She excels at managing large, multi-layered research projects, taking them from design to analysis for strategic application.

Danehy obtained a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science from Smith College and holds a master of arts in Public Opinion Research from the University of Connecticut. While getting her graduate degree, she worked under the direction and supervision of Mr. Burns Roper of the Roper Organization and Dr. Everett Ladd, another leading expert in the field of public opinion research.

Danehy teaches research methodology and mass communication theory and process at the College of Communication at Boston University.

Allison Dodek is an experienced video producer who has worked for ESPN, Bleacher Report and Mic.com.  A graduate of Trinity College, she provides pre-production services, including casting, location scouting, managing budgets and timelines; on-site directing; and post production editing.
